It took me a while to make up my mind on which car I wanted and I even changed my mind at the last second, however he never made me feel bad about it. He truly made me feel like he wanted what was best for me and my family. He was very patient. I was approached by many sales reps while at Toyota, however Dave was the only one that made me feel like he was helping me find my car versus selling me on a car. Even after my sale the time and effort on making sure I understood the features of my car was outstanding! I would highly recommend him to anyone in the hunt for a new car!!! He will definitely be the go to for my family and friends. More

Uh, not what I was expecting I contacted Kings Toyota in mid December looking for a Corolla. Dave Henn responded that he would take care of me. Over a week later I still hadn't I contacted Kings Toyota in mid December looking for a Corolla. Dave Henn responded that he would take care of me. Over a week later I still hadn't received a quote. I did get e-mail from him but it was always to ask for more information. How much do you need me to tell you to tell me how much YOU are asking for a Corolla? A specific one at that. I told him the stock number I was interested in. After a week of back and forth, I noticed that the car I was interested in was sold. Needless to say I was a little perturbed. I asked him why he hadn't got back with me and if it had anything to do with the fact that the car had sold in the meantime and I got a (in my opinion) terse response that he had other customers to deal with and didn't have time to keep up on my request or what the other salespeople were doing. I hadn't expected him to keep up with it, I simply would have been happy with a quote...which I never received. I see that Dave only has 1 year of experience with Kings and (again in my opinion) it shows. I'm sure the majority of the salespeople are very good, but Dave did not impress me. UPDATE: I have been contacted by a sales manager who has taken over responsibility from Mr. Henn. He has done everything I expected in the beginning. I'm not sure I will be buying from Kings at this point because I have initiated another deal after my initial experience with Kings, but I can say that management has handled the situation to my satisfaction. That being said I would have no problem dealing with them in the future but I personally would not want to deal with Mr. Henn. But that's only my opinion as I have never spoken to him personally. More

So after calling the dealership to confirm they had the new Tundra I was most interested driving in stock, I moved quickly to discuss purchase options and committed to the sale. We scheduled a time that was most convenient to me to review and authorize the paperwork. Upon arrival to their new car showroom I literally set the stop watch on my phone - it was my mission to get in and out, fast and clean... My mode of efficiency was acknowledged amongst my assigned sales person, and to my surprise was honored in the way of a 45 minute experience. Kings Toyota has set a new bar in my book… Now there is no reason a new car dealer should take more than 45 minutes to process the exchange of capital for depreciating asset. I love my new truck and am satisfied with my Kings Toyota experience. More
