Great customer service when purchasing my new car I went to multiple dealerships looking for a certified used car and the Toyota dealership was helpful but not overly pushy with the sale. Most of the other dealerships would not let me just "look" at a car. They almost "hunted" me. In today's world there is so much information available about used cars, that I can come to the dealership with most of the information about a specific car already known. I don't need a sales person pressuring me. I did not get that feeling with Tim and that is probably one of the reasons I purchased the car (plus the fact that it's a GREAT car!) More

Sold car out from under me! Have been searching the country for a BMW 335i with specific features for 2 months. Finally found one at Kings Toyota. Spoke with Josh Allen, who told me I was first in line for the car. I told him that I had been looking for that specific set of features for 2 months, that I was a cash buyer, etc. Not, mind you, that any of that carries any weight with Josh Allen, deceitful greedy salesman. Agreed to give deposit after he sent me pictures. He sent pictures, I emailed about deposit and he told me someone else had also called, after me, and placed a deposit. So the car was sold to someone who called after me. Emailed to complain and he basically blamed me for not placing a deposit. Part of my job is client service and you better believe I keep my word and honor my customers. Guess Josh Allen missed that part of the training. I guess no one can honor their word anymore. Josh Allen certainly cannot. He's unscrupulous, dishonest, deceitful, and what he did was dishonorable to a customer. Of course, none of that would bother him, after all, he got the sale, and to a reptile, that's all that matters. Congratulations, Josh, you help used car salespeople keep their bad reputation. A pox on him and his lowly dealership. More

Great car buying experience. This is my first purchase in awhile and my first purchase of a Toyota. My wife and I test drove a number of vehicles back in April prior to her train This is my first purchase in awhile and my first purchase of a Toyota. My wife and I test drove a number of vehicles back in April prior to her training and deployment to Afghanistan. It was only now that I went ahead and decided to purchase because the time was right. I knew what I wanted so when I went to Kings Toyota and met Dru Steigert who did a great job helping me get exactly what I wanted and answering my questions. The car actually arrived a few day sooner than originally scheduled which was great. The purchase experience was quick and easy and the follow-up by Rob Schoenhoft to make sure everything was acceptable and to make sure I could contact him if I had any issues. We needed a truck and needed to lower the payment, all of the employees were helpful and took care of us. Thank you Kevin Mahcon, Lewis, I forgot the other guys name....and Rob Schoenhoft. I am an easy to get along with customer and treat sales staff the way I’d like to be treated and this was returned without being talked down to, there’s a Ford dealer on Beechmont and a Jeep Dealer in Eastgate that could learn a lot from you guys. I never had to start walking out to get my point across now did I feel the need to. More
