Great car buying experience. This is the best experience buying a car that I have every had. Dennis Schoenherr, met us when we arrived. He introduced himself, let us know that if we had any questions just to let him know. Then he allowed my wife and me to look at the different vehicles, talk it over and narrow down the choices. My wife and I had looked online and knew what we wanted to look at. It was so nice to see the prices shown online were the same prices that were clearly marked on each car. No shenanigans. Then when we were ready, we let Dennis know and he got the keys, handed us the carfax allowed us to test drive Sienna Van we had chosen. My wife read over the carfax information as we drove and by the end of the test drive we were ready to buy. There was NO pressure. No stress. We made an offer. It was accepted. We signed the paper work. It was done. Then the response after the sale has been unbelievable. The representatives from Kings Toyota have been checking on us. Thanking us for our purchase and making sure every thing was satisfactory. We love our van. It is perfect for our needs. It was not even the vehicle we had intended to buy. He's just an all around great guy - definitely not a high pressure sales situation at all. We were also offered very fair deals on our trade in vehicles. Also, the service doesn't stop after the sale. Jack called to make sure everything was going well and thanked us for our purchase. He continues to be very accessible if we need anything. The service dept also makes it very easy to schedule routine maintenance. They even provided and insurance quote comparison. Overall great experience and I absolutely love my new Rav4! More
