Got my ‘22 Rav serviced at this dealership for the first time. Very pleasant experience. They finished early and I was on my way. I then received a call from Adam who works in the service/parts center of Kings Toyota and he went above and beyond to let me know that I had forgotten my maintenance booklet at the dealership, where I keep track of what gets done to the car. I had noticed how occupied, busy and focused he was while I was at the dealership before so I was very impressed that he took the time to look me up and get my phone number in order to let me know of my missing item. Will be coming back, and thank you Adam! More

Great experience, and lots of fantastic options! We worked with Nate to look at the Toyota Highlanders. Nate was very knowledgeable and seemed honest and easy to talk to. Too much detail to go into, but dealing with them for 3 months on an issue that is still not resolved. Response has been tremendously poor all the way to the top. I was very strongly advised to purchase an Extended Warranty by the Finance Mgr. who handled my loan. I was informed that a full refund of the warranty amount would be issued at the end of the term if Warranty by the Finance Mgr. who handled my loan. I was informed that a full refund of the warranty amount would be issued at the end of the term if it wasnt used. I was also informed that Toyota personnel would assist me in the refund process. After 7 years and not having used the Warranty I went to Toyota for assistance in getting the refund. I was kept waiting for over an hour to be told that everything was done through a 3rd party and there would effectively be no assistance. I completed all necessary paperwork and sent it via Registered mail which was received on 4/30/21. The paperwork stated that the process took 4 - 6 weeks although the dealership rep told me it is more realistically 4 months and that the check is first issued to the dealership who then re-issues it to the customer. My paperwork package was complete so hopefully a check will present itself some time soon. More
