Took advantage of my wife My wife is a long time Toyota but that all changed after the last lease. He located what I was looking for and had it brought in to the dealership in just a few days. This past weekend, 2/3/18, my wife and I had the need to purchase a Minivan as we found out we have a 3rd grandchild on the way. It was time to move out of the SUV we have been driving for a few years and without hesitation, I again called Joe Heckler at Kings Toyota. I told him what exact model I was looking to buy. He listened to my needs, checked inventory, and called me right back to confirm that it was still available. He placed it on hold until we were able to come in. When we got there the next day, the model we wanted was waiting inside for us to review, then test drive and after a little negotiation, purchase. The Sales process was exemplary, the deal was fair to both sides, and the delivery was thorough and complete. My First NEW Toyota That weekend I was going to out ponder looking at newer Ford trucks. At the Ford dealer the day before, it was raining. But still, no one took the t That weekend I was going to out ponder looking at newer Ford trucks. At the Ford dealer the day before, it was raining. But still, no one took the time with me to see what I REALLY was looking for. I was inquiring about trading my F-150 in for a newer one and I had been looking online before I arrived. I had checked a couple of trucks and made an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership, they informed me that they didn't have any 2017 Ford trucks left in what I was looking for, and then, drifted away from me as if they assumed they lost a sale. Plus, not many women go to buy a Ford F-150, and my thought is, that the Ford dealership didn't take me seriously, even though sitting outside was a lifted red F-150 with aggressive tires that belong to me! Thank you Ford, for not taking me seriously that day.... I have always heard great things about Toyota and loved the way they look. I did buy a very used Supra a long time ago, and loved it. After visiting Subaru and Jeep dealerships that day, I was tired and ready to go home. But I pulled into the Toyota lot just to get a "look" one more time. Immediately, I saw the new Camry and I was mesmerized! I immediately fell in love with the looks of that car. Not one car the entire weekend caught my eye like the new Camry! But I was really looking for an all terrain vehicle....or so I thought. Ashley Findsen greeted me at the front door and she was very inquisitive about what I was looking for, my personality and what would I be using the vehicle for? She was with me the whole time and took me for two test drives; the first in the RAV 4 Adventure. I loved it! But I just wanted to drive that Camry once! Wow, is all I can say! I was very much on the fence, and she gave me time to think and weigh my options with NO pressure! She was very accommodating the entire time! I bought that Camry and I am in LOVE!! Now, I am a new member of the Toyota family! I just hope I can deal with Ashley again IF the time comes when I have to trade my Camry in for a newer model! BTW....FANTASTIC CAR! More
