This is the second auto we have purchased from Kings Toyota and the service department has been excellent every time we had any service work done. Toyota and the service department has been excellent every time we had any service work done. More
Absolute trash when it comes to getting repairs with warranty. Do not waste your time. It's like the right hand can't communicate with the left here. Sent all over to 3 different dealers here and still warranty. Do not waste your time. It's like the right hand can't communicate with the left here. Sent all over to 3 different dealers here and still nothing done. Makes no sense. We will be canceling warranty and never do business here again. They sure love to sell you a truck, but no follow through after the sale. The unnecessary chaos they put us through is shameful. More

Went to look at a used car at Kings with my husband. Asked to test drive it since my husband had already test drove it and checked it out a few days prior. Three different sales men/woman contacted my husband about the car. Matt was last person to deal with us on the car. Matt had me drive it around the circle at Kings, didn't even take out on road. Stated the price we would pay. Were told no they wouldn't meet us at that price, so we left and went to another dealer to test drive another car. In the middle of the test drive at a different car dealership Matt calls and offers us the car at $100 above what we said. Repeated our offer. Matt said they would sell it to us for our offer. We stated we would finish up our test drive, go eat lunch and discuss buying the car and would head back to Kings to look at car again and purchase. 15 minutes later Matt calls us back and tells us he sold the car. My husband then calls Matt back and Matt states a woman put a deposit on it and when asked if she signed papers stating we were on our way he said she was coming in next week to sign the papers on Tuesday (By the way Matt, not a good liar we could hear it in your voice). That is not the way to do any kind of business. We will NEVER buy from Kings Toyota and we have a large family who buy cars fairly often and we have let them know how we were treated. Also the car is still sitting on their lot, still listed for sale on their website and several other car websites. After we got that phone call from Matt we went back to the Honda dealership where we test drove several cars and purchased a brand new car, lower interest rate, and lower price. We were also treated much better at Honda. Kings you might want to check the VIN number you have listed on your Camry TRD as it is coming up as a Camry XSE not a Camry TRD - shady right there. Not a way to do business! Will defiantly never go back to Kings Toyota. Way to lose out on a commission Matt!! Thank you Gary and Bob at Honda for treating us like humans and with respect. You will defiantly get more business from us in the future. More
Extremely difficult to do business with. Disappointing experience and very unprofessional. Stephen was very helpful and informative. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership especially since they don’t have a bunch of added fees that other dealerships often do. Sold me a 2023 Rav4 with bad brakes. The whole experience was horrific. Myself and the rest of my family will not be returning even though we have been coming here for years. This was the worst used car shopping experience of my life at Kings Toyota in Mason Ohio. Tony/Anthony of Kings Toyota, in Mason Ohio tried to sell me a used 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SE SUV VIN: 3VV2B7AX5 life at Kings Toyota in Mason Ohio. Tony/Anthony of Kings Toyota, in Mason Ohio tried to sell me a used 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan SE SUV VIN: 3VV2B7AX5KM126900. I drove the car and immediately noticed a musty smell. I asked about it and he said, "oh water must have gotten in the interior during the last car wash", and continued to say it was superficial and it would go away after a good detail. I made a deal for the car with the condition that they detailed the car, and the musty smell would not be there. That said, I took an Uber to Kings Toyota today from my house (taking off work) with every intention to purchase the car thinking I was going to make my daughter really happy for her upcoming birthday. Before I purchased, I inspected the car to make sure it was detailed, and to my surprise it was not cleaned as promised and actually looked worse inside and smelled even worse. I immediately noticed the only thing they did was put the floor mats down and called it a day. So, I further inspected the car and lifted the floor mats up in the back and to my surprise the back floorboards were soaked with water. I asked him about it and made him feel it, and he said someone must have left the window down over night. I asked why it wasn't cleaned and who did the cleaning service, he said it was someone in the service shop. How could someone detail a car and not notice that the back floorboards were not drenched with water and the car had a horrible mold and must smell? How could someone in sales that was going to sell a 25K car not check it over before the client arrived to make sure everything was perfect as he promised. I can tell you why, because they don't care. I asked Tony/Anthony about the issues, and he acted like it was no big deal and wanted me to believe it was a simple fix and the floor plug was just clogged. After waiting 30 minutes for the mechanic to review they came back with a line of garbage and said all of this was from the window being down and the floor plug being clogged (like Tony conveniently told me before the mechanic reviewed) and said it could be fixed within the hour. I thought about it for a hot second or two and left the lot with yet another Uber ride. After getting home I told them that the only way I would buy the car if they guaranteed that there was no water mold damage, and it was just superficial (I did request they provide 4 new tires because they were worn, and it would make up my inconvenience and horrible experience). They came back with oh "you got a great deal", and they couldn't guarantee anything nor give me new tires to make things right. They either tried to cover the issue up with floor mats and some Febreze or they were trying to commit a fraudulent sale knowing the car was flooded and had mold they couldn't get out without significant effort and cost. Either way if you buy a car at Kings Toyota in Mason, Ohio beware of everything because based on reading recent reviews of their car dealership site before I wrote my own here, it became apparent that I'm not the only one that feels like they were trying to pull a fast one on their customers. I should've read the reviews of Kings Toyota before looking at cars because I would've drove right by this car lot. BEWARE! More
