As usual, Atnan Guze was excellent; however, he made a mistake and told the mechanic without speaking to me to include an oil change in addition to the annua car inspection. When I did finally speak to hi mistake and told the mechanic without speaking to me to include an oil change in addition to the annua car inspection. When I did finally speak to him, I reminded him that I did not need an oil change because I had been to Nissan a couple of months ago for an oil change, and did not need another oil change yet. Atnan then called the mechanic and told him to only inspect the car and cancel the oil change. I'm sure he meant well, but he shouldn't have gone ahead without speaking to me or looking up my service record with Nissan. More

working with nissan has been a trouble every time i enter their service department. Nothing but miscommunication and them trying to take advantage of their customers.
