I have been a customer since 1989 Since 1989 I have purchased five cars from Kings Nissan and have serviced and repaired them almost exclusively at Kings. multi light sensor comes on in new nissan rouge I leased a Nissan Rouge 7 months ago. I went to Nissan at the end of June and at that time had a positive experience told Carmine my sensor light came I leased a Nissan Rouge 7 months ago. I went to Nissan at the end of June and at that time had a positive experience told Carmine my sensor light came on they replaced the sensor but when I returned home the light went on again. Carmine was on vacation the following week when I returned with the car. I got a call at work to tell me since there were some scratches on the bumper my warranty was no good. If I wanted it fixed I have to pay for it. ($700.00) The bumper had 3 small scratches and not even a dent. Besides that if the first time they thought they found the problem and fixed it and they were wrong how do I know that they know what is wrong the second time I brought the car in. More

Great experience! I arrived without an appointment when the light for maintenance oil and filter came on. I was immediately directed to the garage and given a sheet pe I arrived without an appointment when the light for maintenance oil and filter came on. I was immediately directed to the garage and given a sheet pertaining to my car. When I went in Chris was at the desk and said not a problem and if I wanted to wait I could have a seat and he will let me know when it is ready. He was very pleasant. When my car was done Chris reminded me when to come in again and answered all my questions. He was a gentleman and although extremely busy, very nice and calm. He was like that with everyone who came in that I observed. I am happy with Kings Nissan Sales and Service Departments ability to make you feel important from the time I bought my car, the calendar, coupons and the happy birthdays I receive for my Rogue is quite nice and appreciated. I always had a Nissan and will continue to only at Kings Nissan (had bad experience at BR Nissan) and I will continue to use the service dept. going forward. A happy customer!!!!! More

It's easy for people to write negative reviews (esp. when you've been wronged), but you really have to go out of your way to write something positive when things go right. I have been a customer here for 9 years and would never even think of bringing my car anywhere else. Period. All service is done expertly and by-the-book. And on the rare occasion that the service is not "perfect", they make it right. What else could you ask for? I bought a new, '16 Maxima there last year because the service has been so good on my previous Altima. (I am not related to anyone at Kings Nissan). More

These are people who take good care of me I have taken an attitude that I can't deal with problems. It is more expensive to go to a dealer to have a car fixed, but at least I know the car will I have taken an attitude that I can't deal with problems. I just bought my 4th Car with the dealership, a relationship that started in 1985 with my 1985 Sentra, which so far is 32 years, and now will continue with my new 2017 Altima. I had an issue where the engine in my 2000 Altima went bad and I was out of work, and couldn't at the time (Summer of 2011) afford a new car or a new engine. Atnan Guze has always taken care of me, and he arranged a junkyard engine which they actually rebuilt it for me. The engine lasted for at least 6 years, and was still going strong when I got my new car. know these guys are competent and know what they are doing. The owner and his son have treated me well, and when I walk in they know me by name. Sometimes they bend over backwards to help me out. Not something that a customer is going to forget. As a 32 year customer, there are more things I can say - GOOD THINGS - but enough. Looking for a continued relationship and good service. More
