I don’t really know where to begin. I’ve been using Nissan services for many years. Every time there is something with the car even though I’m leasing a new car. This time around, I had so much trouble Nissan services for many years. Every time there is something with the car even though I’m leasing a new car. This time around, I had so much trouble with my car starting last year and continued to this year. To be exact-5 times my car wouldn’t start. The battery was dead. I’ve been spending so much time waiting at the dealership, the computer would find that nothing was wrong. Can you imagine how much time I’ve wasted so far? Not to mention that I missed my work as well? It became ridiculous. Every time I would call AAA and they would give me a boost so I can reach the dealership and at the dealership they will find nothing. when I’ve reached limits on AAA, I had to pay $75 for a boost! Finally, I called your corporate and they expedited the process to replace the battery which was obvious from the beginning. At last, they replaced the battery. However, there’s one part to be replaced because it was a recall on your part. Unfortunately, I had to bring up the question about some compensation. Not you! I was offered a year of oil change whichever comes first (5000miles). I don’t drive much. My mileage as of now is close to 4920 for over a 2 years of leasing. so as you can see, I don’t know how to rate this anymore. I’m very frustrated. More
