I came to lease a Nissan Altima at Kings Nissan. Received excellent customer service, very pleasant staff, Igor was very knowledgable and friendly. I have been leasing cars at Nissan in Long Island for the past 10 years and was not threaled with the experience. Wait was bad, prices were bad and the staff wasn't pleasant. The price that Igor gave me was great and exactly what I was looking for. I didn't spend too much time there. Sales rep explained everything to me, showed me the car, explained how everything works. I picked up the car the next day without any issues. I will definitely come back and do business with Igor again and refer my friends and family to the same place and Sales rep. More

There are two other Nissan dealerships between me and Kings Nissan in Brooklyn and the fact i chose Kings and bypassed the other two to travel to Kings says something for them. The price of the vehicle that was qouted to me in the begining wasnt altered or changed straight through to the delivery. I really enjoyed the indoor delivery in a well lit area so i could really look over the car and they were prepped as they should be for a new car. I purchased a new Nissan Rouge here and had a great experience. Joe broke down exacly what I was going to pay for the car. There was no hidden charges. A friend referred me to Kings Nissan because he knew that I had recently lost my vehicle in an accident and desperately needed to get something new. I was not looking to spend a lot on a new car but he told I had recently lost my vehicle in an accident and desperately needed to get something new. I was not looking to spend a lot on a new car but he told me about a sales person who had helped him in the past and said that he may have a used car that met my needs. So on a Saturday afternoon we took the ride out to Brooklyn to see what he had to offer. I was very surprised to see that he was so friendly and really wanted to help me get something that I would be comfortable with. The selection was small but I managed to find a really nice used 2011 Maxima that I could really see myself driving long term. So now here I am over a month later happy and loving my new car. Everyone knows that shopping for a car can be a grueling process. So to save myself the time and frustration I decided to start on the internet and get some quotes. Kings Nissan came in with the best quote process. So to save myself the time and frustration I decided to start on the internet and get some quotes. Kings Nissan came in with the best quote so I decided I would go out on a Saturday morning and see if the numbers given were really attainable. When I arrived the person I had exchanged emails with was Assim he was prepared and ready to show me the Altima we discussed through our emails. He had the car cleaned and ready to go. I still was on the fence if I was going to take the deal presented because I was not sure if the deal would change once I sat with the Finance Manager. Well when I sat with Dave the finance guy he was very nice and patient and he explained all of my finance options to me and I felt very comfortable with everything that was presented to me. It was at that point that I decided I would go ahead and move forward and go home with the new Altima. Well it has been a solid 30 days since having my car and I know that My sister loves my car and she may be in the market very soon and I know sending her to Kings Nissan would be the only way I would want her to get a new car.
