Great experience! I arrived without an appointment when the light for maintenance oil and filter came on. When I went in Chris was at the desk and said not a problem and if I wanted to wait I could have a seat and he will let me know when it is ready. He was very pleasant. When my car was done Chris reminded me when to come in again and answered all my questions. He was a gentleman and although extremely busy, very nice and calm. He was like that with everyone who came in that I observed. I am happy with Kings Nissan Sales and Service Departments ability to make you feel important from the time I bought my car, the calendar, coupons and the happy birthdays I receive for my Rogue is quite nice and appreciated. I always had a Nissan and will continue to only at Kings Nissan (had bad experience at BR Nissan) and I will continue to use the service dept. going forward. A happy customer!!!!! More

It's easy for people to write negative reviews (esp. when you've been wronged), but you really have to go out of your way to write something positive when things go right. I have been a customer here for 9 years and would never even think of bringing my car anywhere else. Period. All service is done expertly and by-the-book. And on the rare occasion that the service is not "perfect", they make it right. What else could you ask for? I bought a new, '16 Maxima there last year because the service has been so good on my previous Altima. (I am not related to anyone at Kings Nissan). More
