Antnan is rude and condescending and a horrible person to represent the dealership. I was never going back because of him. I was extremely displeased with his arrogance The only reason I went back is Crysta represent the dealership. I was never going back because of him. I told her the truth and she promised to get to the bottom of my problem (which was a recall that they messed up requiring me to spend another early morning at the service center). Crystal kept her promise and the problem was solved. I left grateful and respected, the opposite of the last 2 times. Thank you Crystal. You are an asset to the dealership. More
