Kings Mazda responded

Mazda USA has guidlines that customers must follow to be able to file a warranty claim. The oil in this car had not been changed for close to 18,000 miles and this was the direct result of the engine failure. Without proper maintenance the warranty is null and void, as was the case with this situation.
