They CHEAT you right Bought a 2007 Nissan Titan. Sales person told me vehicle went thru thorough inspection and there were no mechanical issues. Last words from salesman " Bought a 2007 Nissan Titan. Got home and vehicle was leaking oil. Later discovered that trans will not down shift. Never received remotes. Purchased a remote myself only to discover that vehicle is not equipped with keyless entry. Contacted sales manager with these issues. Told they would not take truck back, but would trade. 6 weeks later, still no resolution. Contacted sales manager to attempt trade on NEW vehicle, tells me to drive truck to other dealership owned by same company for trade in value. Tells me that I can't recover fees and taxes paid for the LEMON that they sold me and I will basically get trade in value for this vehicle. Would have lost about $4000. Sales manager is smug and condescending and had no intention of making this right. I was lied to and vehicle was completely misrepresented. Cost me thousands and much trouble. Went to Coughlin Chevrolet and was treated like royalty. Bought new Silverado from them. Save yourself a lot of time, trouble and money and go somewhere else. More
Horrible experience. one of the advanced Key doesn't work, called first, and was told can be reprogrammed. But after they attempted, no success. They still charge us the full price $98.11. Kevin and the other guys were amazing helped and worked with me for over a week to get the deal worked right for me. Very very polite even with my rambunctious 2 year old would send everyone to them to get with me for over a week to get the deal worked right for me. Megan was super knowledgeable about the model of car we were interested and ended up purchasing. She sat in the car with us and demonstrated all of the features, synced my phone to the car via bluetooth an were interested and ended up purchasing. She sat in the car with us and demonstrated all of the features, synced my phone to the car via bluetooth and entered our home address into the GPS system. She gave us valuable information on how to update the GPS system. She let us know we could contact her at any time with any questions we might have after leaving. She also set up an appointment for our first oil change, ordered us a bottle of touch up paint, and set up an appointment for us to bring the car back in to repair some minor hail damage. . The dealership offers free oil changes for the life of the car so we really valued that amenity. Everyone at the dealership was super friendly and made the purchase very easy. More

We had to deal with a very slimey salesperson here. Got ripped off. Tried to reason with dealership. They didn't give a poop. Horrible, awful experience. THIS DEALER DID A GREAT JOB GETTING ME IN THE CAR BUT WATCH OUT. THE AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT THEY CERTIFIED AND THEY BLAMED ME, THEY BLAMED T WATCH OUT. THE AFTER PURCHASE SERVICE IS VERY POOR. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT THEY CERTIFIED AND THEY BLAMED ME, THEY BLAMED THE TIRE MAKER, THEY BLAMED EVERYONE BUT THEMSELVES. THIS IS THE SECOND CAR I BOUGHT FROM THIS DEALER GROUP AND THE SERVICE AFTER THE SALE GOT WORSE. I EVEN CONTACTED THE OWNER AND HE DID NOT CARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP. My overall experience at king's Mazda was phenomenal. My wife and I can didn't have the easiest set of circumstances to work with but the sales team worked hard to find the best options for phenomenal. Also, financing wasn't going to be easy but their finance team came through for us with manageable payments and a low interest rate. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and we owe it to them working hard for us. More
Meghan was so friendly and knowledgable about the vehicle as well as the entire buying experience. She made everything so easy and even pleasant. Jerod was very friendly. I told him exactly what I wanted and he was excellent at pleasing my every need that I asked for. He knew the style, and kind of car I was interested in and when we test drov wanted and he was excellent at pleasing my every need that I asked for. He also did good at leading me to the highway and then on back roads for our test drive. When we parked he showed me all the features of the rest of the car. Gas tank, trunk, hood, back seat.....and alot of things in the front seats, and console. He made sure I had all the correct books to look up anything I needed. He help program my blue tooth in the car, and set the maintense schedule for me. He was very patient with me in his explanations. He gave me free oil changes for life, and gee I felt very knowledgeable when I left him. I didn't have any doubts that I had been given him to be my sales person by GOD!!! so true; because as a rule I don't like car salesmen. He also helped me with the choice of color. I was undecided, but as we negotiated the price, he is the one that came up with the idea of his new demo that he was driving. It was the right color, has the BOSE which I adore, sun roof....I was so happy...... I was so happy in the price, and the time I could pick it up...like the next day. He was efficient and and got me exactly what I wanted. I knew what I wanted and he delivered. You can't ask for any thing more than that. My experience with Jerod was excellent. I even gave him and his family free tickets to a play. Which they attended!!! I would buy from him again, and I have recomended him to some of my friends! Thanks Jerod Glenda Hain More
