She was honest, fair, and prompt in her customer service interactions. I appreciated that she let me know what she could do for us up front and did not waste any time. She was incredibly organized and very responsive when working with me remotely (via text and email). Kings Mazda got me the car I wanted for a fair price, plus free oil changes for life. Having to spend another $2k after purchase We found a used car at Kings Mazda for what appeared to be great condition for less than what we had been seeing at other small used dealerships. It w We found a used car at Kings Mazda for what appeared to be great condition for less than what we had been seeing at other small used dealerships. It was a great find -- the mechanics of the car seemed sound and both the interior were in very good condition. We felt better about going to a "big" dealership because the small guys seemed like they had less experience, less business, and less ability to get us financing quickly. That being said, in the end, I was dissatisfied with them and felt a little bamboozled. The salesperson seemed nice and normal. He wasn't overly clingy or too heavy handed. That was appreciated. But I wish he had followed through on some things I had said during the test drive. I feel really regretful I was not more insistent on checking on every little thing. He also did not seem to know much about the specific car itself or the model. I knew more from researching it online than he could tell me. We discovered some issues that we feel the dealer should have or did know about. First, they quibbled over a few hundred dollars and tried to convince us it was no big deal because that's just a few bucks a month. Okay; I'm not an idiot, and I went to college. The total price does make a difference. This quibbling over a few hundred bucks is what really annoyed me after I found out the following. 1) The car did not have more than one key. Getting additional keys made was more money ($300) than what they quibbled over. 2) The car did not come with any rugs. That was another $200 out of pocket that I had to pay for after the fact. 3) I had mentioned how bad the brakes felt, how much I had to push to get it to stop. Turns out, they were rusted fused and we need all new brakes ($800). 4) There was also a hole in the muffler and that was another $700 replacement. 5) I failed to notice a long dent on the passenger side. That was my fault. I am not going to pay to get it taken out. So basically, this car is costing me off the bat another $2000. More

We bought a 2015 CX-5 and I couldn't be happier with it!! It is a great fit for our family and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an SUV. Will definitely be recommending Kings Mazda in the future :) More

Do not respect customers - Cheated I offered for a certified Mazda 5 Grand Touring 2013 and we aligned deal. I signed offer form and gave a security deposit of USD 500. I returned a wee I offered for a certified Mazda 5 Grand Touring 2013 and we aligned deal. I signed offer form and gave a security deposit of USD 500. I returned a week later to pick up the car and pay cash (after almost daily emails and calls confirming my appointment) and they informed me that they sold the car that was booked for me, as someone else appear and they have a NON WRITTEN INTERNAL POLICY that they do not accept security deposit for used cars. The only thing they can offer me is a new Mazda 5 Touring, which is obviously more expensive and less equipped. I still can't believe that with a security deposit they sold my car, this is worst car buying experience I had in my life. We were 3 hours waiting with 1 year old baby, 4 years old daughter for the sales manager Kris just because they decided to sold car that I paid for. DO NOT BUY AT KINGS MAZDA YOU WILL ALSO BE CHEATED AS I WAS. More
Get a 2nd opinion I have had my Mazda CX9 to this dealer multiple times for the same problem and they were never able to diagnose the problem. I am out 3500.00 running I have had my Mazda CX9 to this dealer multiple times for the same problem and they were never able to diagnose the problem. I am out 3500.00 running after fixes that were never necessary. After taking my car to a non-Mazda local mechanic they were able to diagnose and FIX my issue in two days. I am out another 1600.00, but at least my car runs like new. I also had my car to this dealer to fix my adjustable headlights and they wanted 1100.00 to replace the entire assembly. I asked them if they could just unplug the moter and they said NO. They charged me 100.00 to diagnose and after returning home and looking on You Tube I was able to unplug the motor it about two minutes fixing my problem. They may be ok with routine maintenance, but I would not trust them with anything at this point. I won't even go for my "free oil changes". Get a second opinion if they are not definitive on the problem. Save yourself some money. More
