My test drive was excellent. Matt was very knowledgable about the vehicles I tried and made sure that I got to test out all of their features. He and Jason were excellent at explaining the leasing process to me, since it was my first car lease, and were able to answer every question about the numbers that my dad and I had for them. I never felt pressured and they worked with me until we came up with a deal that fit both my budget and my needs with minimal haggling. Most importantly, I appreciated that they were respectful of me and treated me as a valued customer in addition to my dad. I absolutely love my new CX5 and would recommend King's Mazda to everyone. Great Car Buying Experience! Let me be very clear--I do NOT like shopping for cars! I was car shopping for the first time in over 10 years, so needless to say, I was not a savvy Let me be very clear--I do NOT like shopping for cars! I was car shopping for the first time in over 10 years, so needless to say, I was not a savvy shopper. John was very professional and informative. He treated me with respect and realized that even though I was not the most savvy car shopper, I had a brain and was fully capable of understanding the financial details. He explained the big picture of leasing vs. purchasing (something I had never previously considered). He was very patient and helpful--I never felt rushed or pressured in any way. I knew what I wanted and what I was willing to pay, and we came an agreement with minimal haggling. This experience at Kings Mazda was in stark contrast to what I experienced at another dealership the previous day--they treated me like I was an idiot because I was not familiar with the lingo used in leases, and when I asked detailed questions about the numbers they couldn't answer them and just laughed at me. I will definitely go back to Kings Mazda and to John Adams specifically (although the entire team at Kings was great--from what I saw, you can't go wrong with anyone there!) More
