Jerod immediately made me feel at ease which is important when making such a big decision. Even after I purchased the car and noticed the muffler was disconnected from the center pipe, Kings Mazda was kind enough to look at it and get it fixed with no questions asked. Exceptional service! Would recommend to anybody. More

Not a great experience I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience. I contacted Kings Mazda through their web site for a internet quote on a CX-5. I received a follow up I wish I could say it was a pleasant experience. I contacted Kings Mazda through their web site for a internet quote on a CX-5. I received a follow up email from a John Adams who ask if I had any questions, Since I had emailed about a price on a specific car on their site I again requested a price on this car. His response was " This vehicle retails for $31,855" (the sticker price). Car was not discounted a penny. So as a consumer I will show my displeasure by buying the car somewhere else and for substantially less and sharing my story with this review. I even called the dealership twice and spoke to a very pleasant young lady named Sandy and ask to speak to a sales manager to maybe assist with this problem. I was put on hold each time and no one ever picked up. Not a good experience. More

Good buying experience I was overall pleased with the experience of buying a car at Kings Mazda. The financing took longer than I thought it should and I don't feel like we I was overall pleased with the experience of buying a car at Kings Mazda. Great job Steve Holt and Jason Sink love my new purchase! My husband and I came in on a cold Thursday night. I had no idea what I wanted but knew it was time for a change. Steve approached us and right away I could tell he was a great person, very friendly and laughing about the cold. He worked with us walking around looking at lots of styles and options in the cold. We found the right car took it for a drive and decided to come back Saturday morning to look at it again. I liked that we were not pressured to buy on the spot! Steve sent a friendly email thanking me for coming in and that he hoped to see us back Saturday morning. We came back and I did drive another vehicle but knew I wanted the first Mazda I'd taken out on Thursday. Steve and Jason were able to really work out the best price, trade in, and payment plan for me! The whole experience was amazing!! Great dealership and staff, and Steve Holt is an amazing guy! Will come back when I decide for another change but with this car may be a long time from now!! More
