Rainy day service and they processed my CX5 as soon as I got out of it. Told me they were running a little behind and it might be about an hour and a half or so for the usual suspects...oil/filter change, got out of it. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. They explained what they did and saw (everything was fine) and even brought the car inside for me so I did not have to walk in the cold rain to get to it.
