Great customer service We called Jerod couple of hours prior about a car we were interested in and when we got there, the car was "ready to go". When we called about a secon We called Jerod couple of hours prior about a car we were interested in and when we got there, the car was "ready to go". When we called about a second car the next day, he had it ready for a test drive too with the car running, all warm & toasty for us. We made our decision that day and it was quick and painless, the car was cleaned and paperwork was ready to be signed. On top of it all, Jerod was genuine, honest and very down to earth. When he brought a snow shovel to shovel snow off our personal car, that did it for me! Thank you Jerod for your humility!
