I was so interested in the vehicle I gave them 5000 dollars down on my purchase that's how much I wanted my vehicle the intial experience was not to bad they are extremely pushy in their sales and I felt taken advantage of during this whole process I bought my used car from them for 10600 which was extremely high and let me tell you why they said it was so much they just worked on the timing chain and replaced it with a brand new one which in my head is complete xxxxxxxx they said the repairs ran 4200 dollars which is ridiculous I could of done it for 1500 at the most but besides that I test drove the car a mile or so sounded really nice and what I wanted. I came by the next day and purchased the vehicle and was extremely happy as you can see in the photo but once I drove it home that picture you see there was not how I felt I felt taken advantage of lied to pressured they ignored all of my request ex. I asked for the proof that they worked on the timing chain and nothing asked for the car fax and nothing. Anyways I drove the car 23 miles home and now the Check engine light comes on I drove it home and that's it. I take it back up there they look at it keep it a day they said it was the timing chain they fixed which they said they fixed it. Drove it home again same thing so drove it up there they "fixed it" drove it home again same thing this time they keep it for a week and decide to tell me I have to put an engine in the car I just bought from them which I have no money at this point I gave them 5000 down because I wanted that car. So I asked them if there's anything they can do they said they'll give me 5200 for my car as a trade in which I basically put that amount down. I am not gonna give my car back for half of the price. So now it's gonna cost me around 4 or 5 thousand to get an engine and get it put in so I can drive my new car. I would not recommend this dealer or kings at all they have terrible customer service and they will never do business with me or anyone I know this review is going all over social media and will get recognized thank you for reading and don't do your business with Kings Mazda thank you I hope I warned you of the nightmare they caused me. More

A+ Customer Experience Stopped by dealership to view and test drive the CX-3. Danny quickly put on dealer tag; was on test drive within 15 min. Even though it was a really busy day, Danny and Jarod worked together effortlessly to ensure all questions were answered. At no time did I feel pressured and final deal went smoothly. After all was said and done they turned out to be very trustworthy people and I would recommend them to friends and family for that reason alone. Tim was especially helpful and honest with us throughout the process which helped both of us to make a decision to do business with them. He really went out of his way to make sure we were getting the BEST deal that they had to offer. No trickery with numbers just a straightforward guy who gave us solid advice day after day. Throughout the process of the price negotiations they were not only very polite with their offers but also very competitive with dealers throughout the Tri-State area. We felt like we got a very fair deal in the end. Even the financing portion of the deal went smoothly and they found us a rate better than my own bank. I would certainly return next time we need a car and absolutely for service. I just noticed that they have Cary Cunningham on staff here who we use to see for our Saturn service in Western Hills when they still existed. He was also an EXTREMELY trustworthy top notch guy to hand my car off to and we are looking forward to dealing with him again as well. Anyway... This is how car buying should always be! I found out about Kings Mazda when I was doing research for the new 2016 Miata I wanted to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted and because Kings had a I found out about Kings Mazda when I was doing research for the new 2016 Miata I wanted to buy. I knew exactly what I wanted and because Kings had a huge selection they had the vehicle I wanted in stock. I did some research on line and came up with a price I thought was fair. I contacted Kings and they hooked me up with Danny Helton. He verified that the car was in stock and we set up an appointment to come look at it. I called back the day before the appointment to see if we could agree on price up front. Not only was he able to get his manager's approval while on the phone with me, he told me they would hold it for me until the end of the night of my appointment. I arrived at the dealership and the car was out and ready for me. We took it for a nice long test drive. After we returned, we went to Danny's desk and completed the deal. The final cost was exactly as Danny said it would be on the phone. There was no haggling or high pressure sales tactics. Danny's manager and finance guy were both very personable and easy to work with. Finally, the car came out detailed and in perfect condition. We had a great experience at Kings Mazda and we would buy from Danny and the rest of the team again! More
