I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY PLATES WHICH HAVE EXPIRED OVER A WEEK AGO. THERE HAS BEEN A ERROR WITH THEM PAYING OFF MY TRADE. THE BANK SAYS I AM 2 MONTHS BEHIND A DON'T HAVE MY PLATES WHICH HAVE EXPIRED OVER A WEEK AGO. THERE HAS BEEN A ERROR WITH THEM PAYING OFF MY TRADE. THE BANK SAYS I AM 2 MONTHS BEHIND AND THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT TOLD US THAT WE HAVE TO CALL TO STRAIGHTEN THIS OUT. I CALLED THE BANK AND THEY STATED THEY NEED TO TALK TO THE DEALERSHIP. I RELAYED THIS TO FINANCE AND ASKED THEM TO KEEP ME UPDATED. I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND HAVE RECEIVED VERY LITTLE HELP!
