My first experience with Kings Mazda was when I stopped by the service dept for help with my old Miata. I bought a new radio antenna and couldn't figure out how to install it. The service people walked out by the service dept for help with my old Miata. I bought a new radio antenna and couldn't figure out how to install it. The service people walked out to my car and helped me install it in a few minutes---no appointment, no wait, and no charge. After that experience years ago, I went straight to Kings when I decided to buy a CX5. When it came time to replace it with another CX5, I went to Kings with no shopping around. The service people are friendly and helpful, the customer lounge is quiet and comfortable, and I don't get pressured to to buy extra services I don't need. It reminds me of how the Buick dealer in Baltimore used to treat my father, a lifetime Buick owner. It's 70 years later and great customer service still exists (in a few places)! More

I brought my Mazda in for an oil change & all is good with that. I was disappointed with the dealership not doing a 10 point check on the car. My other car always gets one, so I know if something might b with that. I was disappointed with the dealership not doing a 10 point check on the car. My other car always gets one, so I know if something might be wrong. Who knew you have to specifically have to ask them to check the alignment. Who wants to drive back for that. I don't live close to the dealership. More

I visited my Mazda dealer on 10/1/2020. I was very impressed with all the covid precautions that were taken, including completely covering the steering wheel and the seat. The waiting room was set up impressed with all the covid precautions that were taken, including completely covering the steering wheel and the seat. The waiting room was set up for social distancing, but I preferred to wait outside. My customer rep, Tony Moore, was very understanding. He brought all my paperwork outside for me to sign and was very happy to make an extra effort to make me feel safe in this crazy Covid time. More
