Biggest issue is when I was told at 2:30 pm to come back at 5pm appointment for financing, a 2 hour wait that killed the rest of my day. But I agreed, came back at 4:55 pm, I didn't want to be late and wast at 5pm appointment for financing, a 2 hour wait that killed the rest of my day. Was told over and over it would be just a few more minutes until it was 5:35 pm and then finally told to go home and do it on-line, they simply weren't ready and wasted more of my time after spending 24K with them. Rainy day service and they processed my CX5 as soon as I got out of it. Told me they were running a little behind and it might be about an hour and a half or so for the usual suspects...oil/filter change, got out of it. It took an hour and fifteen minutes. They explained what they did and saw (everything was fine) and even brought the car inside for me so I did not have to walk in the cold rain to get to it.
