Had to bring the car back because one thing was not completed correctly. Much more disappointingly, My audio system amp failed a mere 12 hours after getting the car back where speakers and battery wer completed correctly. Much more disappointingly, My audio system amp failed a mere 12 hours after getting the car back where speakers and battery were tangentially impacted by the work. Could it be a coincidence? Awfully odd, but enough doubt thrown from them where I'm all on my own. Loaner vehicle was provided during the multiple days which I did appreciate. More
Tom was great- he answered all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable before I drove off in my new Mazda! Biggest issue is when I was told at 2:30 pm to come back at 5pm appointment for financing, a 2 hour wait that killed the rest of my day. But I agreed, came back at 4:55 pm, I didn't want to be late and wast at 5pm appointment for financing, a 2 hour wait that killed the rest of my day. But I agreed, came back at 4:55 pm, I didn't want to be late and waste another persons time. Was told over and over it would be just a few more minutes until it was 5:35 pm and then finally told to go home and do it on-line, they simply weren't ready and wasted more of my time after spending 24K with them. I will never forget this experience and the feeling no one cared. More
