After reading your review, I have some questions: When did you come to our dealership? What is your name, so I can look into it? This is a very serious allegation against the dealership, and one I take very seriously. I would never employ a racist individual to work at our dealership, and would never tolerate any sort of profiling. If this is indeed something you believe happened, I would like to speak with you about it, or at least be able to look into this. Unfortunately, without a name or other details, I cannot. This is from 2 years ago, so I’m not sure why I’m just now getting a response? We visited in September 2018. I’m not even sure if your sales agents took down our info - we weren’t greeted until minutes after arriving - sales agents were ignoring us and talking amongst each other. Thank you for responding. I don't know why this appeared yesterday after all this time either. I can assure you that our staff is not racist in any way. We have good reviews on all platforms, and for the last 12 months we have rated a 4.9 for all platforms out of 5. It's hard to get ratings like this if we treated people poorly. I sincerely apologize that you were not immediately greeted upon arrival. I don't believe this is a sign of anything other that sales consultants not being attentive enough, although we do try to not "Jump" on customers as soon as they get out of their car or step foot in the showroom. Jerod has been a very good employee, and I'm certain that he is not racist in any way, or he wouldn't be employed here. I would not, and will not tolerate ANY behavior to our customers that is inappropriate. As this is from two years ago, and was posted to the DealerRater site today is perplexing, as I would have reached out immediately as I did today. Please accept my apology for not having a good experience when you visited, as that's certainly not our intention. Rick Royer
