Lack of technicians to complete jobs when you have a scheduled appointment and it takes a week for them to get your back completed. Thankfully I had a rental but still wasn't my car and the fact I got p scheduled appointment and it takes a week for them to get your back completed. Thankfully I had a rental but still wasn't my car and the fact I got pulled over for because the tags were expired. I apparently had been driving around with expired tags for 5 tags, so after being pulled over I had to go to dealership and spoke to Tommi my advisor and she had to get me another vehicle for 2 more days because while I was there, i figured i ask about my car and its status. Apparently short techs and the one working on my car was off. To me..those are unacceptable excuses..stop booking appointments until you handle what was booked prior!!! More
