I traded two vehicles in and wanted to purchase another Mazda CS-5 the 2021 model. I was looking for a price around $375.00 and was told by the sales department that was possible, but Mark talked to his sales mgr and the best that could be done was $414.00. The price went up due to the addition of GAP coverage. Mark certainly was great at trying to get me what I wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable about the Mazda product. Thank You Mark! More
I had been actively looking for a vehicle for roughly 4 weeks prior to going to Kings Mazda and meeting John Brewer. The first car I test drove didn't end up working for me. I let John know and unlike other dealerships I had been visiting he asked me if he could have details on what I was looking for. I sent him a list of what I was looking for, my necessities and my options. They were very limiting. In spite of that he came back with three options for me to look at. He also told me that if they didn't work he would keep an eye out until I found the car I wanted. Well, I didn't need more choices. He found a car that fit perfect. I took it to my mechanic for a once over and they said it was good. John was extremely helpful. He worked around my work schedule happily. The whole process he was very professional and helpful and sincere. It was refreshing. And I love my car. I have already referred two people to him and told others. When I next need a car I will absolutely reach out to him again. More
