I was looking for a price around $375.00 and was told by the sales department that was possible, but Mark talked to his sales mgr and the best that could be done was $414.00. I sent him a list of what I was looking for, my necessities and my options. They were very limiting. In spite of that he came back with three options for me to look at. He also told me that if they didn't work he would keep an eye out until I found the car I wanted. Well, I didn't need more choices. He found a car that fit perfect. I took it to my mechanic for a once over and they said it was good. John was extremely helpful. He worked around my work schedule happily. The whole process he was very professional and helpful and sincere. It was refreshing. And I love my car. I have already referred two people to him and told others.
