I've reviewed the service center before and everything was great.. not so much these last few go arounds. While everyone is friendly and polite, they keep telling me my cx-5 is fixed, but the issues are w was great.. not so much these last few go arounds. What's worse, I didn't have these problems until after I took my vehicle in for a different reason. This has been on going since may 23rd. It's a great group of people over there but they dropped the ball on this one. More
I was not looking forward to buying a replacement vehicle after my with hit a deer. A trip to a number of dealerships reminded me why. We heard, "the car may not be here tomorrow, we have several folks looking at it, what can't you decide today, I don't understand, I thought you said you were here to buy a car"... and so much more. Ugh. We wanted to buy not be sold. Other dealers were indifferent and couldn't care if you bought or not, even with check in hand so to speak. What a refreshing deference in what we found in Kings Mazda. They were/are awesome. No pushy sales, they offered in depth answers to our questions and are simply good people. They did everything that they'd say they'd so from the little things to the large things. The communication was excellent as well. We enjoyed the experience so well we'd definitely buy there again. The service didn't end after the sale. The paperwork went smoothly and they made sure that we were pleased with the transaction. Nice to see excellence still exists in earnest. In 2018 they lied to me about a car having a problem that I specifically asked about and they lied as to what it was so I was dumb and bought the car. Now 2021 I gave them a 2013 buick verano leather trim pe I specifically asked about and they lied as to what it was so I was dumb and bought the car. Now 2021 I gave them a 2013 buick verano leather trim perfect condition for a 2013 mazda cx-9 in ok condition. They said it had no problems and by the next day I realized there was a problem so I called them they said it just needed a system update after that it kept doing it and so I went and bought a 500 dollar scanner to find out the problem myself they think all women are stupid well I found out the 4x4 is bad and they were pose to fix it but they absolutely refused to give me an appointment to get it fixed the manager expected me to drop my car of and let them get to it when they could which could take a couple weeks or so and I don't have another car to drive and they couldn't put a rental in my name so they never fixed my car. Don't buy a used car without taking an expensive scanner to check it and have a full inspection. I had a used car inspection but that couldn't tell u about this type of issue only a scanner could and no shop scans the cars for a use car inspection. This is by far the worst dealership for selling used cars with serious expensive issues. My 1st car wasn't even fixable and I paid 5 grand for it . It tore up every clutch as soon as it was put in and no one could fix it not even this dealership. Ima get everything on camera and pretend to buy another c a r with vidoe proof of them lying etc ill file a lawsuit. I'm sick of them purposely selling cars with serious problems that are also considered a safety issue and by law they arnt allowed to sell a vehicle with safety issues without telling the client about it and yet they still did and hid the fact of the problem ans when I confronted them they still lied and claimed they just had to do an update they kept up with the lie till I showed proof. More

Alex Heyl was an excellent salesman. He helped me with all my questions and saved my sons painting when I left it behind from my trade in.
