From the moment I walked in the door, I was taken care of! I came in for my normal oil change, and asked them to confirm my suspension on my wheel barring needing replaced. The repaired was needed, dropped off my car Tuesday morning, and was given a beautiful loaner (2021 Cx-9). Joe was my communications director, and kept me in the loop about everything. This makes me want to keep coming back to this dealership, and get all my repairs done with them. Even for the simple tasks, such as oil changes, bc they have a great waiting room, with snack & a TV, great for kids as well. More

Almost perfect. Only regret is that the exhaust muffler was an aftermarket and that wasn’t disclosed in the listing. I’m having to order and replace because of objectionable exhaust drone at highway speeds was an aftermarket and that wasn’t disclosed in the listing. I worked with Joe in service. He was very helpful! Hooked me up with a courtesy vehicle even though I wasn't having anything major done. He even said I could bring it back the next day if that would have hel me up with a courtesy vehicle even though I wasn't having anything major done. He was friendly and helpful even though he knew I wasn't in the market that day. I also own a Lexus but the service I get at this Mazda dealership does not take a back seat to anyone. More
