Everything was great except upon arrival we waited 15 minutes before anyone would make eye contact or acknowledge us. After an initial bad impression of King's Mazda , I was the "squeaky wheel" and emailed the dealership to vent. I received NO LESS THAN 6 responses from various employees! Amazing to me that someplace is the "squeaky wheel" and emailed the dealership to vent. I received NO LESS THAN 6 responses from various employees! Amazing to me that someplace is that concerned over someone who is not yet a customer. After speaking with the salesperson, Joel Dennis, I made the 70 mile drive to look at a used vehicle. Partially due to covid, and partially due to dealer protocal, there were limits put on my test drive that would have been a deal breaker. Joel was able to get permission for me to drive the vehicle in a more realistic manner (on the highway). As there were a couple of things that were not quite right with the car, I made an offer that would compensate for the needed servicing. Joel and the dealership came back with a counter that was LESS than my offer! Who does that? Everyone that I had contact with at the dealership was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, but Joel was the one who put it all together. He even responded to my emails bugging him about the title for at least 3 weeks. Joel deserves the best of whatever comes his way! More
