Bullied into buying a car!! I would not recommend this car dealership at all. I was bullied into a car that I did not want and when I reached out to resolve this issue and upgrad I would not recommend this car dealership at all. I was bullied into a car that I did not want and when I reached out to resolve this issue and upgrade cars, I was brushed off. They tried to charge me out of pocket for upgrades instead of Upgrading to a different vehicle. Customer service is poor and they are dishonest. Buyer beware!! I will be sharing this review with all of my nursing friends and social media. More

Pressure-free and actually a fun new car purchase! We love our new Kia Niro! From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure doing business with Jeff Thiem, our sales consultant at Kings Kia (and the re We love our new Kia Niro! From start to finish, it was truly a pleasure doing business with Jeff Thiem, our sales consultant at Kings Kia (and the rest of the staff we interacted with - Joe, Rebecca, Rob, and a couple others whose names I can't recall...) It all started with an online chat which led to a follow up phone call, which led to a visit and test drive, which led to a purchase a few days later At each stage, my wife and I were informed about options but never felt pressured. And that's key for us because when we feel pressure, we look for the exit. In prior car purchases, we've had sales reps that used emotional bribery to try and push us into a sale. (One got us a restaurant gift card before we committed to buy a car, then when we decided not to buy it, he pulls out the gift card and gives it to us, then acts disappointed but shared that he still felt we should have the gift card. What a ploy! Another sales rep at another dealer put the pressure on us to buy more than we could afford despite the fact that we were clear on our budget. Ultimately, she went off to speak with her sales manager about a new vehicle we liked but couldn't afford and then returned to share the "deal" they could offer us. It was a few hundred less but still beyond what we had budgeted. So when we shared that we weren't comfortable with it, she responds by saying "but I went to bat for you with my sales manager!") Thanks but no thanks. We're repelled by these sales tactics. Be honest and transparent with us and you'll earn our business. We understand a dealer is in business to make money. And a good dealer understands and respects the fact that most customers are looking to save as much as we can. So a fair deal is one where both parties come away satisfied with no regrets. That's the outcome of our purchase at Kings Kia. We highly recommend Kings. If you're interested in a Niro, ask for Jeff. He's the resident expert. And if you want a hybrid but aren't sure what to get, take a look at the Niro. It's an amazing value for all the quality and features you can get. I currently own a Prius and the Niro is already proving itself superior in comfort, cargo space, and certain amenities that are standard on the Niro and expensive (or not even available) on the Prius. More
