My car sat on the lot for nearly 3 weeks! Refused a loaner! I had my 2015 K900 towed to Kings Kia on 5/7/19. I was informed by a service rep (Dustin) that my battery relay was defective and I needed the battery I had my 2015 K900 towed to Kings Kia on 5/7/19. I was informed by a service rep (Dustin) that my battery relay was defective and I needed the battery replaced. I was informed it would take 5-7 days to complete the service. I ASKED FOR A LOANER VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS MY VEHICLE WOULD BE THERE AND I WAS TOLD KINGS KIA DIDNOT ISSUE LOANER CARS! I contacted Kia a week later and was informed the battery relay was completed but they were waiting for the battery to be delivered. I contacted the same servicer rep numerous times to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I then contacted the service manager to express my disgust as to why I did not have my vehicle. To my chagrin he told me I should call Kia! I told him why should I have call someone other than who I was talking to? I also informed the service manager of the cost incurred ($954.11) for car rentals! I went to King's Kia on 6/3/19 to physically inspect my car. I was directed to the service rep I had been dealing with. The service rep walked me to my vehicle and opened the truck and directed me to where the problem was. It was upon inspection I could plainly see there had been no work performed on the battery relay! In essence my vehicle sat out there for over 3 weeks without any service(s) being performed! I was never contacted by a Kings rep about the status of my car! I contacted Kia on 6/5/19 and was informed my car was ready. I will never take my vehicle and or buy1 from King's Kia! More

I met Greg about 6 months ago while getting my car serviced. I was browsing minivans to kill time and I also wanted one so badly after having our second baby. That wasn’t the right time for us but Greg stayed in touch with me. He reached out when there were deals going on and was so helpful. I brought my husband with me last week and before test driving, greg stood at the driver side window and showed us some features we (my husband) would like and then off we went. We loved it and the process wasn’t your typical “car salesman” approach. We feel like family when we walk in and we actually had fun! If you are looking for a car I highly recommend going to see Greg, he makes the process painless and truly is a good person. More

A good friend recommended I see Rob Bello at Kings Kia. I was skeptical because after having owned a Jaguar and a BMW I definitely didn't want a Kia. However, from the time I walked in the door and met Rob, and then Greg Frankel, I was treated with kid gloves. They took their entire day and worked with me, showing me several different cars on the lot, some Kia, some not, allowing me to test drive several different cars. Greg made me feel very much at ease, explaining everything, allowing me time to think about what would work best for me and what would fit my budget. I ultimately did buy a Kia Soul, not only because it really is a sturdy, funky car that fits my needs and my budget, but because Greg was willing to spend his entire day to make sure that I was completely certain that I had made the right decision. Not only would I buy from Greg again, I would definitely send others to see him if they were looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

Sercice I had my optima in for a oil, tire rotation and to check my driver side rear window because it would not go up very fast. Dustin Moore first offered me a good deal on my oil and tire rotation. Buy three changes for $99 which is a great deal. When my car was finished, I was told that my other rear window was not working right either. Which impressed me because they took the time to check all my windows. Going above and beyond!!! This is why I am on my second optima, the service here at Kia in the Kings Auto mall is the best.... Fast, courteous, professional ,and they do excellent work. Thanks Dustin E.Neil Turner More
A completely stress-free way of buying a car. Greg was personable, patient, and indulged my curiosity about a number of vehicles I saw on the lot. I came in with the intention of test driving O Greg was personable, patient, and indulged my curiosity about a number of vehicles I saw on the lot. I came in with the intention of test driving ONE vehicle I saw online, and ended up looking at several; including test drives of each of them, without a fuss. Greg was extremely patient with me, when I had questions, and since I already own a 2015 Sedona, I managed to teach him a thing about the cars, that even he didnt know. We joked, for every thing I taught him, I'd get a $10 discount, and for every thing he taught me, I'd owe an extra $10 for the car! He came through on his word, and gave me an extra $10 off, when the final score was 2-1. I realize it's not a huge amount, but honoring the deal in principle, goes a long, long way in my book. The negotiations went surprisingly smooth, with very little back and forth to the managers desk. The original price asked, was alredy a good deal on the vehicle, but Greg managed to add a little sweetner to the deal, and in a matter of moments, we had a deal. I had tried to negotiate deals with other dealers in the area, and it was stressful, unproductive, and eventually a fruitless endeavour. Greg turned that experience completely around for me. No fuss, no muss. We shook hands and went to sign papers. Surprisingly while in the finance department, even though I had my own financing secured; Tim Donnellon managed to secure a loan for me, with a lower interest rate, and saved me almost $1000 in interest over the life of the loan! I was stunned. The experience and service I received at Kings Kia, was exemplary! I was treated like family, and they earned my respect and thanks.
