Coming from a background in sales myself I can say I have the utmost respect for Rebecca and Tyler at King’s Kia. After my 3rd Kia with absolutely no problems I chose to purchase a car through another company. Knowing that I was walking into a situation where I was turning my car in at the end of the lease and making the decision to walk away and not purchase my vehicle or do another lease, I tried to be as prepared as possible. I didn’t want to take any time away from a sales rep when I wasn’t going to be putting money in their pocket but also I was concerned that it could turn into a situation where I was pressured and rushed. I couldn’t have been more wrong. As a manager Tyler was kind and even asked a couple of questions beyond business. Rebecca was professional, personable and while I didn’t get to see her “sales” side, she has the customer service piece down and I highly recommend asking for her. I will absolutely be keeping Rebecca, Tyler and the team at King’s Kia in mind when making further purchase decisions. They might not have had my business today but they 100% EARNED my future business and 5 star recommendations. More

Easy buying experience I went to two dealerships in the Kings Auto Mall today. The first one was not the best experience. But I decided to stop by Kia. "Experience was positive and easy" When I woke up Saturday I had no plans to purchase a new vehicle. I was very content with my 16 year old jeep that runs great. Greg showed us the red, AWD, V6 with 3rd row seating. Checked off all the boxes. The more he explained the more I realized it was time to kiss my Jeep goodbye. I went to bed with that pretty red Sorento in the driveway. I was so impressed with how knowledgeable Greg was with all the bells and whistles this car offered. He was patient and kind even though we were there after closing time on a Saturday evening. When I am looking for my next vehicle in 16 years I will return to King KIA and I will look for Greg.
