Buying a car at Kings Kia was a great experience. The salesman, Dave, was very helpful without being pushy, or misleading. I had gone to other dealerships and had the negative experience of feeling like a fish being reeled in. Other places acted like they had one 15 minute shot to get me to buy. Show a little hesitation toward the one car they show, and the dealer would hand me his card and look for an easier catch. This was not the case with Dave. The car wasn't on the lot in the color I wanted, but he was able to track one down, and get it there. More

Was lied to multiple times. Bashed other dealers and brands that I was considering. Very pressure-packed and unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle at King's Kia earlier this year. I returned 7 months later with the hopes of trading it in on another vehicle at the dealership that I trusted. However, I was told that the car that I returned 7 months later with the hopes of trading it in on another vehicle at the dealership that I trusted. However, I was told that the car that I purchased for approx $15,000 had dropped significantly in value and was offered $7,000 for the car. It had been very well maintained and had only a limited amount of use/miles during the 7 months but, still it was worth less than 50% of the value only 7 months prior. I have done my own research and have spoken with other professionals in the industry only to find that the car I purchased did not have the value that I was led to believe. Obviously, I made a poor financial decision and allowed myself to be overcharged for the car. I am now happily shopping at another dealership. More

I explained IN GREAT DETAIL why I was choosing a Sorento. I asked TONS of questions about the Sorento's performance, specifically the 32mpg motor. And what did I get? A car that only gets 24mpg highway! All they focused on was the final sale, Cha-Ching! Had to sell the car after only 5 months and took a $5,000 loss. But, I could not afford to keep a car that only gets 24mpg even though the sticker says 32. Could not be more infuriated with this dealership! But, if you want a glimmering hope, if you have a KIA and need service, Scott and Sarah in the service center are the people you want working on your car. Just don't buy the car from Kings KIA!!!! More

My wife and I went to Jeff Wyler Kia and spent 3 hours there. We ended up leaving without a new car and frustrated. We went to Kings Kia and spoke with Rob Bello. We were driving home in our new Optima in there. We ended up leaving without a new car and frustrated. We went to Kings Kia and spoke with Rob Bello. We were driving home in our new Optima in about 45-50 mins! Great experience! Would recommend this dealer and Rob to anyone. More
I am very disappointed, I purchased a new 2011 Kia forte, after three days the back tire went flat, I also notice flakking paint around tire area, I calledl my sales man Neal Dicky and told him my tire was f after three days the back tire went flat, I also notice flakking paint around tire area, I calledl my sales man Neal Dicky and told him my tire was flat, not revealing that it was the back tire, he said" your back tire is flat", this all seems very fishy to me, I talked to the used car manager Rob Broughton, he was also very disrespectful to me saying I was a very anger young lady and surprised I had made it this far in life, which is all hog wash, how would you feel if you just purchased your second Kia being a loyal customer to them, and not having a ride to work! This is very sad for Kings Kia More
I would (and have) recommended Kings Kia to ANYONE I know that is looking for a new car. At first, we were very hesitant about buying another Kia; In 2008, we had a HORRIBLE experience with JEFF WYLER KIA. that is looking for a new car. We were immediately greeted by Justin, who made us feel at ease and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible. This was in October of 2010, and my wife purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento. A couple of weeks later, we took my brother and sister-in-law there, and they bought a 2011 Kia Sorrento. A couple of weeks after that, I purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento (yes...we now have two!). Shortly after that, I took my nephew and his wife to the dealership, and they purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento AND a 2011 Kia Forte...on the same day! Shortly after that, friends of ours purchased a 2011 Kia Sorrento....that's a total of six in a three-month period!! Awesome sales team, awesome service department, awesome management....you can't go wrong!!!! More
