Asked if I could buy at msrp was told locals only get msrp. I proceeded to ask if they could make a exception for a Navy veteran and they said no. I proceeded to say I understand to support local but was disappointed that they couldn't treat a veteran right. Sales person proceeded to get irate and become rude. Took screen shots of it before he deleted the Facebook posting to try and save face. I understand supply is tight but, to not even to treat a veteran who spent two tours overseas and earned a Navy and Marine Corp medal with with a ounce of respect is ridiculous. I only wanted a fair deal and was willing to pay msrp. We all know dealerships can be xxxx but that is low even for a dealership. My advice to other veterans is take your business elsewhere unless you liked to be treated like xxxx for the years we sacrificed in the military. More

Had a great experience shopping and buying with Kings Kia and salesman Shawn Harvey. Shawn gave us the full details of how hard it is to get the vehicle we wanted, since other Tri-State dealers are adding 1 and salesman Shawn Harvey. Shawn gave us the full details of how hard it is to get the vehicle we wanted, since other Tri-State dealers are adding 12.5% premium above MSRP! Since Kings Kia sells this vehicle at MSRP, there was high demand and no cars. Shawn gave customers a window for truck delivery, and true to their word, texted customers when the truck arrived. They sold on a first-come, first-served basis exactly as they described the buying process to us. Shawn took plenty of time to answer our questions about the car since we've never owned an electric vehicle, and then showed us all the operations and features when we took delivery. Kings Kia never tried to upsell us, or advertise a price/model when it wasn't available. First rate experience. More
Vehicle ordered: October 2021 Was told March/April 2022 for delivery in a December 2021 allocation. Called and touched base constantly. Sales manager was never able to give an ETA. Was always told that the manufacturer had never picked up the order to be made. Finally got fed up and cancelled order May 2nd. Took money they had held since October from our trade (they took and sold) and bought an inferior vehicle just so our family would have a car for the summer. WAS CONTACTED BY KIA CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY AND TOLD OUR VEHICLE WAS ARRIVING AT THE DEALERSHIP ON THE 18TH OF MAY. Worst customer experience ever. Do not deal with these people if you want to do an honest and upfront deal. The sales team just wanted to get a second sticker on a vehicle by persuading us to order and frustrating us into cancelling so they could beef up there stock to sell with “market adjustments”. More

Only good for local sales. Bought from out of state. Had to arrange delivery on my own. Also, both remote door controls were not working. They didn't care, so I'm out $$ for new batteries. Oh, and lastly, they won't accept credit cards, even for deposit. I Reached out to Shawn Harvey for a trade in for my 2017 Kia Forte. I applied online pulled a soft pull on my credit. Based on soft pull credit was preapproved with certain amount down. Based on soft pull results for a 2022 KiaG-Line series was preapproved for certain amount down low as 2,000 and 12 percent interest rate. I used the Pick up & Go express option. When I got to the dealership the car I wanted was not in stock and salesperson Shawn Harvey just gave me the car to test drive a KIA did not explain any of the features. I spoke to Shawn via telephone before the appointment and informed him of my credit situation. He was informed of my situation via telephone of my credit situation before I arrived at dealer and did not advocate for me at all. Shawn Harvey should have spoken to his manager to confirm conditions of lease after I informed him of my credit situation via telephone, so I did not waste my time for a in person visit. It was so bad one of other salespersons asked him if I was still interested in purchasing the KIA. You should be more organized and letting people know via telephone the conditions of the vehicle lease term etc. Then after I picked out a car was given different terms and conditions of the lease. Complete waste of time. Will be reaching out to Rob Bello Sales Manager personally. I have purchased 2 other cars from cincyautos in the past. In 2011 car from Interstate Ford and Northgate Ford in 2019. You should be more empathic of people's situation and not just looking at folk's credit scores! There's more to it than credit scores! Did not receive a follow up if they will still be interested in purchasing 2017 kia forte. More
