Follow up: Manager attempted to remedy the situation by trying to sell me car parts and service for my vehicle. The price did not match competitors auto service stores. Manager apologized for the incident with sales professional Shawn Harvey. Asked Sales Professional if he can provide a referral for other dealerships or lenders that can offer financing that best fits my credit situation. Shawn Harvey replied back "We work with the same banks other dealerships work with". I will not be purchasing another car from Kenwood Auto Group. They have attempted to sell me extended warranties and GAP insurance that I don't need and the dealer makes profit off you purchasing warranties and GAP insurance. Agency Staff don't wear face masks or follow safety/confidentiality protocols. When discussing financing your in an open room in the welcome area with no privacy while discussing confidential manner pertaining to your finances.
