That said, I bought a Kia Soul several years ago and it satisfactorily covered my automotive needs at a price point I could live with. I purchased my 2nd Kia Soul yesterday from Brandon at Kings Kia and couldn't be happier with the experience. I've had superlative customer service since I bought from Kia (oil changes for life, personal touches like birthday messages, etc). Brandon knows his product and well and his enthusiasm was genuine and infectious. He found a way to get the cost in the sweet spot and talked me through every number in a clear, concise way. I liken the customer service at Kia to Apple, and I get the impression that the culture at Kia matches the marketing - there is so much product support after purchase that disingenuousness would only backfire. I'm happy with my Soul and think Brandon sincerely put my needs first. More
