Really terrible customer service. I am trying to get a tow for my car that is under warranty and will not start. I bought it in September and is now sitting in my drive-way not able to I am trying to get a tow for my car that is under warranty and will not start. I have been on hold with Kia Roadside Assistance for at least 25 minutes and out of desperation, decided to use this dealerships chat function on their website. I wait for a bit, and finally Leah enters the conversation. I tell her I need help and she says she will get with the service department. As I wait, for around 10 minutes, I see that the agent has let the conversation without helping me. This is terrible customer service. If this were a life and death situation, like my car burning or exploding, I suppose I would be out of luck. I guess I am lucky that it just won't start. More

I have purchased several new cars in my lifetime and I have never had a sales rep more knowledgeable or more customer-minded than Scott Peeler. He answered every question we had and did everything in his power to accommodate us. We never felt pressured – just the opposite – Scott made the process informative and enjoyable. The next time we need a vehicle, he will be the first person I contact. The only reason we did not purchase a vehicle there was that our budget didn’t quite meet the price of the vehicle we wanted.
