My husband talked to Sean previously so we worked with him. Sean was cold and arrogant. He asked 2 questions, printed off a piece of paper to show our payments, provided no explanation, then played on his phone while we reviewed. My husband had to ask Sean for clarification because he provided no information. I understand that buying a lease is not your money maker, however, bad customer service will make you way less in the long run. Sean needs to grow and mature quite a bit. More
