Called on an oil leak that is from the Oil Pressure Switch that is only under warranty until 60,000 miles and they do not have a tow service and would not recommend one. Theft from car My son took our Kia Optima in for the free oil change. We had a problem in the past with the service department recommending new wiper blades or tires after new ones had just put on, but yesterday one of their employees took $200.00 out of the center console. He had forgotten it was in there. My husband called the dealership to report the theft. My son also went back in and they told him that it could have been done by anyone. They told him to file a police report which he did. I called back to let them know that after buying 4 cars from them, I will not be back. UPDATE - One day later - they have replaced my son's money with a $200.00 check. Thank you to the dealership for stepping up and doing the right thing!!!! Kudos!!!! More
