In our conversations,he gave me options and we made an appointment. Alec was prepared for my visit and had vehicles and options ready for me to choose. We test drove a couple of cars I had asked about. He took the time to explain the vehicle in detail in language I could understand. Alec breaks the mold of the many sales people in his profession that are consequential, egotistic,pompous, swellheaded, and vain.
