The service department is very professional and the work is always done right, on time, and without surprises. Chris runs a great shop! The only disappointment is that the dealership no longer offers free oil changes with a new car purchase. While not a deal breaker, this was one perk that tilted the decision to buy in King’s favor vs competitive dealerships. Overall though, it’s still worth it for us to drive the extra distance to buy at Kings KIA. More

He called back later to see what we had decided and I explained we were not currently in the market for a new car. Anyway to cut to the chase, over several months Rob would just call and check to see if we needed anything and we finally decided we were going to get a new car.
