Greg Frankel is THE MAN ! Greg was an absolute pleasure to work with. This coming from a man who hates to buy cars and dealing with car salesmen. He has a way about him to make you feel that there’s no pressure, he gives you all the information you need and works with in your means. He was also training a new sales person named Jason . You could tell Jason was learning from the master because Jason was excellent also in dealing with. I was dreading this car buying experience however Greg and Jason made it a pure pleasure and fun experience. I would highly recommend Greg and his team. I did not buy a Kia product but they went out of their way to answer any questions about the Ford edge that I bought. My wife absolutely loves the car and is extremely happy. I would give Greg 10 stars if it was possible. More

Turns out he was indeed interested so we had to go in another direction. Felt good that they put the other customer above a bottom line sale. In my case, they helped me get a different car that fills my needs. No high pressure from anyone, patience and honesty also appreciated. More

I saw the Kia Niro online so we headed to King's Kia. Greg Frankel jokingly, remotely honked the horn of a car I was looking at (made me jump!). So the relationship started off happy and remained happy! We test drove a couple of new cars, but I really wanted to see the 2017 used Niro I saw online. Even with excellent deals offered for the new Niros, I fell in love with the red 2017 Niro and drove it home! Everyone we met at King's Kia was pleasant, friendly, helpful and not overbearing. More

Excellent Service I came in for an oil change June the 15, 2018. I did not have an appointment. Service personnel l Tiffany Hurst told me, it being late on a Friday aft I came in for an oil change June the 15, 2018. I did not have an appointment. Service personnel l Tiffany Hurst told me, it being late on a Friday afternoon, it was doubtful but let her see what she could do to get me an oil change and get me on my way. I normally have my routine car checkups and oil change appointments, but with some health issues for a family member, I couldn't commit to appointment schedules. KINGS KIA has always been there for all my family's car needs, since 2008. They are a true team caring for their customers. This is the 'car shop' for me. Why go anywhere else.
