No non-sense, worry free deals Searching for a particular model in a particular color online which meant I wasn't kicking tires in person. I found my 17 Grabber Blue Mustang GT Convertible and purchased it online from Florida intending to fly up for inspection then paperwork with financing in hand. This week I am driving my new GT convertible, IN FLORIDA without visiting Ohio in person. Not only was it a worry free, no non-sense, honest dealing from the beginning, but they replaced my "in-hand" financing with a better deal all around. Lower interest rate, better terms, no trips to ohio due to trust earned early in the deal. Found car on weekend, Monday signed paperwork, Tuesday car picked up by carrier, Wednesday morning car delivered in Florida. Couldn't have gone smoother and I saved thousands on interest rate and the fact I was comfortable enough that I didn't have to travel to inspect car in person, they took care of it all and car arrived better than I expected or described. She really went out of her way to help us find the car we wanted and what we could afford. If there was any thing we or she wasn't to sure of, Rob Bello would step in to help guide us all. As for the service department, Chris there is another one to help all he can. Appointments or any concerns, just ask him.
