I hate silver cars because there are so many of them out there. I never could find mine. But I haven't lost this one in any parking lot yet! :) I walked out owing more money but still happy and content. A real game stopper for me. I love this Kia Soul it was made for me it's easier for me to get in and out of with out my hips or knees killing me. Special thanks goes out to Greg, Rob, Mario and Jay. The four of you played a part in this deal and making me leave happier than I was when I came in. You guys were great to deal with. Also I would like to thank Chris Metz and the other Chris (forget last name) in the service department. You two give a new meaning to customer service you know the old fashion kind. It seems in this day and age people in the service industry would rather say "screw you" instead of putting forth the service you guys give. You give amazing service to the details and concerns of your customers. What a Great dealership you should all be very proud. Thank You. PS I have all your cards so you haven't seen the last of me. We actually met Rob at Kia (where my dad was so nicely looking for me) and Rob was able to take us over to Mazda. He went and found the exact car I was looking for when I didn’t immediately see it on the lot with the others, test drove it with us, and stayed with us every step of the way. He explained everything, he was very honest, and I never felt as though he was taking advantage of me being a first time car buyer. So, my experience was actually at Mazda, but Rob was wonderful and I would recommend him to anyone! More

Didn't really check out my tire. Went in for oil change & tire rotation. Told Josh Mullins I had a tire that was losing pressure. He checked it and said it was fine. I left, got about 5 miles and my low tire pressure light came on. The tire that had a slow leak was flat. I was stranded on 275W at rush hour. Had to wait 1 hr and 20mins for help. Took the tire to CarX which said there was a hole in the tire from a screw...but the screw was gone. I'm convinced they took it out and didn't do any checks other than checking the pressure right before I left. Told me that the tire was fine. I could have been hit on the highway along with the police officer and repairman. My husband talked to service manager who acted like it was no big deal. More
