We setup an appointment for the next day, when I walked in I did not have to wait at all, I met Travis, Mike & Ken. I immediately felt at home, comfortable with every part of the experience, and could not speak highly enough of everyone at the dealership. They found my perfect vehicle and secured it that day, gave me a great value for my trade, and I never once felt pressured to make any kind of decision. Our salesperson (Bill Scherer) was absolutely the best - no sales pressure and answered all our questions. If he didn't have the answers, he got them quickly for us. The whole team from Kings Ford was tops. We purchased the vehicle in 45 minutes, in and out the door. We had previously purchased a vehicle from a large Eastgate dealership and it took 6 hours, imagine our delight in the 45 minute turnaround. Definitely recommend Bill and Kings Ford More

Used E350 Set up a VIP appointment with Matt at 2:00. We got there a little early saw our name on the screen, sat down and waited, two times another another sal Set up a VIP appointment with Matt at 2:00. We got there a little early saw our name on the screen, sat down and waited, two times another another salesman offered to page Matt who never showed. After 2:15 we started walking around to find Matt. Finally a sales mgr asked if we needed help and said Bill Schehr would show us the van and he would do the numbers. Bill was courteous and very kind. We went out to the van that was very dirty. Why wouldn't this have been cleaned up knowing someone was coming to look at it? The VIP experience has no value but bottom line, we like Bill and the van suited out needs, we drove it home. Would definitely recommend Bill. More
