Amazing Service! First I’d like to say I’ve went to several dealerships in the local area, all of which have been ok, but did not meet my expectations as a customer. When I arrived at Kings Ford I was greeted by an exceptional sales rep. by the name of Erik Brown. First, as a customer his demeanor was great. Arriving to a dealership is always somewhat stressful and he relieved that in me by being respectful to my time and questions. He knew all the answers to my questions and went far above to get me information I did not know I needed. Secondly, the ongoing assistance he provided showed he cared about my situation and my needs as a buyer. I was looking for a specific vehicle for my children and he presented me with details about safety and accessibility for my situation. Lastly, when all was said and done, he followed up numerous times to see how everything was doing. Something I did not ask for but was pleasantly surprised and thankful for. Overall Erik Brown and Kings Ford was a great experience, and any future vehicles, I myself or family/friends, need to buy I will come back or send them his way. More
