Mildly disappointed w/ inattention to detail When we took the test drive we found a razor blade and napkins on the floorboards in the back seat, along with greasy fingerprints on the leather seat When we took the test drive we found a razor blade and napkins on the floorboards in the back seat, along with greasy fingerprints on the leather seats. Upon inspection of the Cargo space and spare donut reservoir, we found a child’s plastic cup and some candy wrappers. The sales rep took note of these things and we asked that before we took it off the lot that it be detailed and the exterior be washed. Additionally, our Finance Manager himself said the vehicle had ‘just come onto the lot as an exchange’. He said it needed detailing and said they would see to it. When we picked it up, exterior had been washed and interior vacuumed, but the cup and candy wrappers were still in the donut reservoir. We felt like they didn’t keep their word about the detailing (maybe lack of specific instructions to the cleaning crew?). Also, upon taking possession of the vehicle, we were only given one key and told that was all that was turned in with it upon exchange. Now we have to buy a second keyless remote at $47.00 plus shipping and handling just so we can have a spare. Unacceptable. More
