My purchase was a bit different, most of what I saw and wanted was via the internet. Many dealers do no take internet sales serious and I thought that might be the case when I contacted Kings Ford. After communicating with 4 other representatives, I ended with Lou Buchner. (I just wish I had started with him.) Lou and I spoke frankly on the phone and he totally understood where I was coming from and what I wanted. I trusted him to get the sale done and he expected me to show up to pick the truck up. I purchase 3-4 vehicles a year and my experience with Lou and Kings Ford was second to none. Lou truly wants your business and will work for you to get the job done. This was my first purchase from King's and as long as I have Lou to work with, it won't be my last. More
