I had the pleasure for working with Geno Boles on the purchase of my new F-150 truck. I'm pleased to say this was a very efficient process and Geno and the team at Kings Ford did a tremendous job of hel purchase of my new F-150 truck. I'm pleased to say this was a very efficient process and Geno and the team at Kings Ford did a tremendous job of helping me to understand the different configurations of the F-150 so I could identify what was most important to me. While I was planning to place an order for a new 2022 F-150, I ended up walking off the lot last night very happy with a pre owned 2020 F-150 Lariat that is a perfect vehicle for my needs. The sales person is simply unnecessary at this dealership. They lacked knowledge of the vehicle and had no authority to actually make a decision. We essentially just played a game of “telephone” b dealership. They lacked knowledge of the vehicle and had no authority to actually make a decision. We essentially just played a game of “telephone” between us and whoever was in the office. This caused the intention of our purchase to be incorrect and caused undue frustration and rework when actually signing. Not only that, there were approved discounts that we were told by the sales person couldn’t be used and then miraculously they could later be applied. Our sales person only offered financing through ford credit and did not even check Ally. Alec was willing to at least run the credit off through ally to determine what was best for us, the customer. If not for Alec, we absolutely would have left and taken our business elsewhere, which nobody would have even realized because everyone was watching the bengals game. He saved the sale point blank.
