When we came to pick up our vehicle, he had been told what time we were coming in and met us in the parking lot. We had not met him before. He took the time to clear out the prior vehicle owner's data and set-up our cell phone information and cleared out the radio settings so we could program in our own right away. Ryan also patiently showed us any features that we were questioning. He helped us with having some minor fixes on our vehicle's paint, finding some essential tools that were missing from our vehicle (gas funnel, etc.), and scheduling service for help we need. He offered up his number if we have any questions in the future. It's rare to have someone offering up their assistance after you've made your purchase. A special note of appreciation to Ryan if he ever reads this: You make a positive difference and have our appreciation! We feel blessed that he was our point of contact at the end of this purchase. He also shared a HELPFUL TIP THAT ALL PARENTS NEED TO KNOW. If permanent marker is on glass or plastic, you utilize a dry erase marker and cover whatever marks were left by the permanent marker with the dry erase marker then rub out. It removes the ink. I watched him do this on the windshield and front headlamp cover. Useful tip that we will utilize often.
