My experience at Kings Ford My husband and I worked with salesperson, Ben Mumfrey. I found the vehicle I wanted in a neighboring state. He facilitated a trade in a timely manner and was very diligent, accommodating and friendly during the whole sales experience. I would certainly recommend him to another in the market to purchase a Ford! Jesse Whitley handled our paperwork efficiently and was very personable and informative. Aside from Ben and Jesse, who made the sales experience very pleasant, the dealership as a whole needs to improve the personalization of their automated emails. During and after the sale...and when we shopped at Kings Ford with another salesperson a year or so ago, the automated follow-up emails failed to achieve a personal touch. They were directed to my husband only and implied that I was still shopping...both when a vehicle had already been chosen and again after the sale. While I appreciate the intent, it falls short by being so very impersonal. More
