Overall experience Marshall was very personable and upbeat. He was kind and knowledgeable about the process of buying the vehicle and set my mind at ease. Marshall promised it would be fixed the following week (I bought my car on a saturday). I was able to set up an appointment with the auto glass vendor around my schedule and it was fixed that Wednesday. Marshall called me to ensure that everything was fixed and that I had no issues. He told me to call him if I needed anything at all. My overall experience with Marshall and with Kings Auto Mall was great.
